His brother always supported and encouraged him so that he could take his name high in the world of shooting. His brother never let him feel the lack of his father and stood by him day and night during his struggle period.
2. Shooting Coach
Shooter Rinku Kaushik’s personal shooting coach Mr. Ankush Bhardwaj (International Medalist) trained for 5 months, in these five months he achieve State Level and National Level in 25 m pistol. his main focus in on 25 m standard pistol and center fire pistol. Rinku Kaushik become Shooter Rinku Kaushik because of Mr. Bhardwaj’s training.
3. Fitness Trainer
Shooter Rinku Kaushik’s personal fitness trainer Mr. Vakeel Chandila trained him for two years and support him very much. He contributed 100% in his success. Mr. Chandila always give attention on Rinku’s exercise. His fitness training helped in improving shooting skill and changed his lifestyle also. They both are good friends also. Rinku Kaushik says that his life resides in his fitness trainer, both are connected to each other. These two have a close friendship.

He also told that they are always there whenever he need something. He also mentioned that both of his brother have very significant contribution in his success and gave him lots love and support because of them he never feels that his father is not there .
